①. Commercial Scope and Governing Law
We supply premium single-colour ribbon products exclusively to commercial and individual entities situated in Europe and the United States. These Terms are framed to adhere to the statutory commercial mandates of the United Arab Emirates, alongside applicable consumer protection standards within the United States and the European Union.

②. Order Fulfilment and Shipping Protocols
We manage our order processing and preparatory lifecycle internally from our warehouse facilities.

• Logistics Carriers: Dispatched consignments are handled in cooperation with established international priority couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
• Transit Timelines: Standard transit to destination addresses in Europe and the United States typically requires between five (5) to twelve (12) business days following formal dispatch.
• Tracking Notifications: Automated status update notifications will be directed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. These standard updates are transmitted at key tracking intervals, including order dispatch, carrier hub arrival, and local delivery status.
• Delayed Deliveries: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard estimated transit window, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Following the confirmation of the investigation status, we will resolve the matter appropriately by either initiating a supplementary dispatch or arranging a comprehensive refund of the order value.

③. Transfer of Risk and Ownership
In strict alignment with European consumer legislation and standard retail protections, the risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the goods remains with us until the physical items are successfully delivered to, and received by, the consumer or a designated third party at the specified delivery address. Ownership and liability do not transfer to the Buyer upon handover to the logistics carrier, ensuring full statutory protection for the consumer during transit.

④. Cancellation, Returns, and Defective Items
A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (European Jurisdictions)
In compliance with the European Consumer Rights frameworks, Buyers located within Europe possess a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without declaring a specific cause within fourteen (14) calendar days commencing from the day the goods are physically received. To initiate this process, the Buyer must transmit a clear, written declaration to our dedicated service email: solid@plainvelvetribbon.com.

B. Faulty, Substandard, or Damaged Deliveries
If a product arrives with verifiable faults, blemishes, or structural damages, the Buyer must notify our support desk via email within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

• Evidentiary Requirement: The Buyer must provide clear photographic or video evidence documenting the reported issue alongside the relevant order reference.
• Resolution Framework: Upon validation of the structural issue by our team, we will promptly arrange either a full financial reversal or a complimentary supplementary dispatch. The Buyer is not required to execute a physical return of the faulty or damaged material items, provided sufficient photographic validation has been supplied and approved.

⑤. Limitation of Liability
While we operate under strict internal procedures to ensure accurate product descriptions, specific colour profiles, and dimensions, all descriptions are maintained within standard commercial and technical manufacturing variances. We do not provide absolute guarantees that any digital image on a screen will perfectly match a physical textile shade due to regional digital display configurations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability concerning any product purchased through this Site is strictly limited to the purchase value of that specific item.
